SPECIAL NOTE: This website is NOT an INTERNET ONLY auction, but a place to leave absentee bids for our live auctions that are held on Friday nights. Bids are taken from this site and bid on competetively during the live auction against absentee bids left on site and by people in attendance at our live auction. In case of absentee tie bids, earliest bid left will be considered the high bid and in case of a tie bid at the live auction between an absentee bid and a bidder onsite, final decision will be determined by the auctioneer and all decisions are final. Once the auctioneer indicates an item is sold to a bidder (by identification of the bidder number); a verbal contract is consummated and liability for the item(s), including responsibility for payment rests with the bidder. In the event of a "tie bid" the auctioneer may reopen the bidding process between those tie bidders only to determine the highest bidder for that lot. Pick up times are Saturday from 10:00 A. M. till 1:00 P. M. or Monday thru Thursday 10:00 A.M. till 4:00 P. M. Merchandise should be removed from auction premises no later than three days after an auction is complete to avoid a storage charge of $3.50 per lot, per day.
